Coach Aaron

I'm the head coach for Inland Empire Diving. My primary focus is on developing divers holistically by using methods of sports psychology and a constraints based approach to skill development. My diving background was primarily a high school diver and I also participated in club diving with Pacific Northwest Diving in Federal Way.

My primary occupation is in sports medicine and I’m one of the medical providers for USA Diving. My education is in Athletic Training, Kinesiology (Strength Training and Rehabilitation) and I’m finishing a PhD in Sports Medicine and Health Professions Education.

Coach Kate

Diving Background: I started diving my freshman year of high school and began coaching at Inland in 2020! I also have coached youth gymnastics. I graduated from Gonzaga with my bachelors in human physiology and am currently applying for medical school.
